pick up terms

Pick-up is available only within the designated areas (Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, North Miami, Lincoln Road, and Alton Road) and during our operating hours (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

The pick-up service has a cost of $12 per mile, calculated from OHHscooters’ location to the customer’s pick-up address. All payments must be completed before the scooter is released.

The mechanical inspection of the scooter is not included in this price and will be charged separately according to the service performed.

Any delay or cancellation must be reported at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in additional fees.

 Ohhscooters is not responsible for any pre-existing damages. A brief inspection will be performed before transport.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate location details and ensuring that the scooter is accessible at the scheduled time

Ohhscooters will handle your scooter with care but will not be responsible for damages caused by external factors such as accidents, weather, or third parties.
